  • International shipping will be introduced soon

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed from Mumbai, Maharashtra
  • Orders before 12 PM → dispatched same business day
  • Orders after 12 PM → dispatched next business day
  • Dispatch applies only on working days (excluding Sundays & holidays)

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery within 3–5 business days across India
  • Timelines may vary for remote or interior locations

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • ₹50 shipping fee for orders below ₹999
  • All charges are visible at checkout

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD available for select locations
  • Availability depends on serviceability

6. Delivery Process

  • Delivery between 9 AM – 8 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • Signature or confirmation may be required
  • Alternate person can receive order on your behalf
  • Velora is not responsible for third-party receipt

7. Delivery Issues & Support

  • Report missing delivery within 48 hours
  • We will initiate courier investigation
  • Resolution depends on logistics partner timelines

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure correct address and contact details
  • Be available at delivery location
  • Reshipping charges may apply for failed deliveries

  • Velora is not responsible for courier delays
  • Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
