1. General Policy
- All Velora products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
- Fragrance perception may vary and is not considered a defect.
- Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full application.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Leakage or broken packaging
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing items
3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
- Show sealed package
- Capture full unboxing
- Clearly display issue
- No cuts or edits
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
4. Reporting Timeline
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Late requests will not be accepted
5. Refund Policy
- Processed within 7–10 business days after approval
- Prepaid → original payment method
- COD → bank account provided
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Order Cancellation
- Allowed only before dispatch
- Not possible after shipping
7. Delivery & Customer Responsibility
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Customer unavailable at delivery
- Reshipping charges may apply
8. Important Notes
- Products cannot be returned unless damaged
- Minor packaging variations may occur
