Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, perfumes are non-returnable.

1. General Policy

  • All Velora products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
  • Fragrance perception may vary and is not considered a defect.
  • Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full application.

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product
  • Leakage or broken packaging
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing items

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

  • Show sealed package
  • Capture full unboxing
  • Clearly display issue
  • No cuts or edits

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

4. Reporting Timeline

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Late requests will not be accepted

5. Refund Policy

  • Processed within 7–10 business days after approval
  • Prepaid → original payment method
  • COD → bank account provided
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Allowed only before dispatch
  • Not possible after shipping

7. Delivery & Customer Responsibility

  • Incorrect address or contact details
  • Customer unavailable at delivery
  • Reshipping charges may apply

8. Important Notes

  • Products cannot be returned unless damaged
  • Minor packaging variations may occur
  • All claims subject to verification
